Roger & Margaret Wu 胡家亮牧師
Pastor Roger Wu began ministering to the Chinese churches in Eastern European countries since 2002 including Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Poland and in recent years Ukraine. He is working under COCM Canada as the field director.
Pastor Roger first went to Odessa, Ukraine to help the Chinese Christian Church. He stayed in Odessa for five months during the pandemic. He was also ministering to help the three Chinese churches in Ukraine (Kharkiv, Kyiv, Odessa) through Zoom.
On January 26, 2022, Pastor Roger went into Ukraine hoping to start a long term ministry among the Chinese churches & community. When the war started, he and other pastors & their church members had to flee Ukraine.
Pastor Roger is planning to rebuild the Chinese churches & families in Ukraine once the war ends. Please pray for the churches in Ukraine, both Chinese & Ukrainians.
Peter & Sarianne Trinh 鄭彼得弟兄
Peter & Sarianne are overseas Chinese born in Vietnam. Peter was in computer consulting business in Texas before God called him to full-time ministry at age 50. Over the past 24 years in mission, they have ministered in Panama, Poland, China, Hong Kong & Indonesia.
Now answering God’s call to help Ukraine. Having personally experienced loss and the devastation of the Vietnam War and being refugees themselves, they deeply resonate with the plight of Ukrainians. They have the experience assessing needs, developing solutions, building teams and organizational structure to meet the critical needs of the communities they serve.
Peter currently is the director of K-PACT International (USA) and the chairman of Panama Christian Academy (Panama).
Aimin & Maria Huang 黄愛民弟兄
Aimin & Maria came from Hebei, China. Aimin is the director of the Emmanuel Foundation registered in Warsaw, Poland. In 2003, they started the Polish Morning Light, the service of Christian books, mainly serving retreat camps all over Europe. They are also involved in publishing Christian books. Because they live in Warsaw, Poland, they have easy access to a lot of refugees fled from Ukraine, and many of them had lost their homes because of the Russia Ukraine war. Most of the Ukrainian refugees are women and children, and they need help to settle in Poland.
